From time to time, CSR hires the services of temporary Research Assistants (R/As) whose tenure is determined by the life of the project (s) they are engaged for. Depending on the demands of the projects, these R/As are required to possess the minimum on a Bachelor’s degree, Diploma or Malawi Schools Certificate of Education with experience, knowledge of local languages and should be willing to work in rural remote areas.

Applications for this position are open throughout the year. CSR keeps a database of these application and from time to time, invites qualified applicants depending on the needs of the projects to be undertaken
