Juba is a Research Fellow at CSR. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences (Economics) from the University of Malawi and a Masters in Regional Development Economics from Ege University, Turkey. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Public Policy.  

Juba’s primary research interests are in health services research, evaluating health systems to determine how resources can give the greatest benefit to health care to improve behavior essential to controlling disease, poverty and sustainable livelihoods and social protection.
