The purpose of this study was to conduct an analysis and generate policy options to improve the impact of Social Cash Transfer on the new priorities set in the MNSSP II which aim to focus on consumption support tailored to respond to the changing vulnerabilities of people throughout their lifecycle. There was therefore a need for information on the different categories that live in a SCTP household, their vulnerabilities and if the SCTP is impacting these, and how the SCTP could help address these vulnerabilities.
