Description:
The overall aim was to help build capacities in pesticides regulation in Malawi. The purpose is not to prove or disprove the case against glyphosate, but to help policy makers, agriculturists and rural communities to better negotiate uncertainities by equipping them with the knowledge and skills to undertsand where disputes around glyphosate come from, historically, socially and politically - and how farmers can be supported to transition to sustainable alternatives.
