                                Description:
The overall purpose of the study is 1)provide both government and donors (vertical accountability) and beneficiaries (horizontal accountability) with solid evidence on the existence to which the SCTP attained its envisaged objectives as well as impacts on resilience and poverty graduation, 2)inform the program implementation strategies in the years to come and shed some light on potential program design improvements that may be explored further in the future; 3)generate recommendations that will help the government adapt the SCTP to the emerging and the country-specific needs in this area. In broad terms, the impact evaluation will create new results and knowledge on cash transfers thereby improve the understanding on the various important dynamics around them.
