Description:
Following a successful implementation of a pilot on e- voucher in the distribution of farm inputs in three districts in Malawi during the 2012/13 agricultural season, the government of Malawi through the ministry of Agriculture and food security piloted e-voucher in the 2013/2014 FISP. It was conducted on 183 farming households from 6 districts across the country. The districts are Rumphi, Mzimba,Mchinji and Lilongwe and Mangochi and Blantyre.
