The purpose of the real-time evaluation is to gain better insight across the Atlas Alliance in key aspects of the work of the organizations and relevant partners and how this work produces change.This will help to provide informed, evidence based responses to the evaluation questions under each of the sub studies that form part of this real time evaluation.
