Center for Social Research has completed its project it was working on on behalf of Lilongwe Water Board. The objective of the project was to assess LWB' customers satisfaction with their services. This study was done through a survey of randomly selected customers who were interviewed by well trained enumerators. 

Speaking during the presentation of the study findings, Mr Joseph Chunga, a prominent reseacher at CSR implored the members of lWB to act on the research findings quickily so that their relationship with their customers goes even further. Accompanying him were Prof Chinsinga, the director for CSR, Dr Mazalale and Mr. S. Manthalu.

Meanwhile management of Lilongwe Water Board thanked CSR for completing the project in time and the report findings that represented their customers views.
